So one of my favorite things about my birthday is that my sister and brother-from-another-mother always give me a gift card from a store I like to frequent. This year, I was very excited to get one from Pottery Barn. I love to browse the site often, looking at all of the furniture all the way down to the wall accessories and wonder EXACTLY how much I would have to win in the lottery to furnish my entire house with everything Pottery Barn. My guess is that, after taxes, gifts to family and all of the donations to charity I would certainly make, I will have to wait until it gets well into the 3-digit millions.
So I didn't waste any time today burning through the gift card and ordered some bedding (see picture) and badly needed bath rugs. I feel like maybe by my 90th birthday, between my shopping budget and the generosity of my family, I may be able to get there without the lottery ticket....but I will continue to try!!!!
